Hi,

I'm sorry if it seems a stupid question but I have downloaded the FM Scout and it's the first time I've ever used it. I was just wondering if someone could explain how potential rating works because a few players who are good have -10 or something like that.

From what i fugure out, -10 gives a player a potential rating of approx 180-200 / 200

It is an approximate of how skillful a player will be so if there -7 they could be anywhere between mabye 140 and 160. This is usually used with young players
