Here's the thing. In the game, the maximum allowed non-EU players per squad in the Norwegian league is two. This was true up to this coming season (2007) where the Norwegian FA has just upped the allowance to three. I've gotten pretty attatched to my save, which has gone to 2010, and I don't really feel like editing the DB and starting over again.

Is there any save-game editor that can edit this?

You cannot edit this in or before a game, league rules cannot be changed.

You will have to wait for an official patch to fix the issue.
