I'd like to change a couple of names in my savegame. Is there an editor that does this? FMM doesn't allow that.

The reason is that I've found some duplicate players in my game, and would like to change their names. I've already corrected my db for any future game, but would still like to continue with my current game.

you can use a inc file to change players names in a savegame

Thanks. It worked. Should've thought of it myself, since that's the way that German goalkeeper's name is changed for "licensing" reasons.

Don't you have to start a new game if you do it like that?

No, simply have to reload the game. So just save the game and exit. Then create/edit the l n c file, and then reload your saved game.
