Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Seperate Training?

Seperate training for DF/MD/AT?
Is it better or mostly the same?

for example :
I make a DF schedule with:

Strenght : High

Aerobic : High (Can someone explain if the aerobics are also for heading and so on, or
only GK, please)

Tactics : Medium
Ball Control : Light
Defending : High (should I make Intense?)
Attacking : light
Shooting : Light
Set pieces : High

This makes a Medium Workload.

What do you guys think about it?

Should I tweak a little to make HARD worklad or always try and keep medium?

PS

I train my AM R/L as attackers.

I put set-pieces to light (almost none) for my CBs, light/medium for FBs. Heading comes under ball control, so this should be medium at least.

1st of all keep your training on medium worload overall do not ever put it on heavy overall.

As for the aerobic's thing: this covers areas like pace, accelaration, jumping.

Heading is covered in ball control
