I did it. I gave a it try and created my own tactic which ive only done very few times in my FM history - and this time with succes. I won promotion with Q.P.R. in my first season signing only Jason Scotland for £35K and Craig Gardner on loan. By far my best result in FM. Q.P.R. have very few money, a not to good squad without any really big players and the team was predicted to end 21st
The formation is normal 4-4-2 using targetman. I play with a quick direct tempo and with a defensive on 7. I also using tight marking. For away matches I only lower the mentality, width and defensive line but the tactic still isnt superb away so that could be a problem (12w 4d 7l). As you can understand im my not a tactic geni and perhaps some things dosnt make sense to you guys but I havnt read all theese big threads about theorys. Alltough I still think my result is allright and perhaps you want to give it a try. There is also a 541 for last 5-10 minutes
