I always seem to have a problem with my attacking minded central midfielder. I play 442 one DMC and one MC/AMC both playing side by side close together. Obviously the DMC is set to defensive style so i put the other to attacking minded but he never seems to do much in terms of goals and assist. Anybody else find this?

Also in the individual tactics section (righthand side) does anyone use the pre set individual settings for each position (eg RB / LB set to Full Backs settings ect.)?

try making your attacking midfielder as a playmaker and you will find more passes and attempts at assists through this one player.
make sure he has 18+ for passing and high creativity and flair, and possibly decisions amongst other things.
