Hi.
I currently have 16 coaches in my Milan game.

Is there likely to be a detremental effect on my team/youth team by having too many?

If so, if i was to post a stat screen would someone be able to help me filter out the coaches that i can get rid of without problem?

When Im at a big club I like to have one 5 star coach for each area and my assistant manager doing them all. The ass man is really only so the workload stays as low as possible.
