Also do youknow if there is anyway I can get the board to allow me to get more coaches? I have 5 stars on everything but attacking and set peices (4 star) and I have a big squad so I need more coaches or the workload is to high...

you just have to wait. but you can have 3 or 4 more coaches than the maximum recommended by the bored.
