Anybody starting with man city or actually any team for that matter, try out this tactic. Worked great for me. Won premier League in 1st season. It got the absolute best out of Elano.
When playing at home:
4-1-3-2
Mentalilty = attacking *
creative freedom = lots
tempo = slow
passing = short
use target man and playmaker
* attacking mentality for all attack minded players (back 4 and dm have defensive mentality)
Away from home
4-2-3-1

how did you managed to buy top class players like mudingayi, belluschi and palacio with the starting budget? i mean, it's pretty easy to make a tactic work with these players...
sorry, and modric also... those four cost no less than 40-50 million euro which you don't have at the start of the game, and as i can see you didn't sell anybody important
