i have found that having 2 center abck and 2 wing backs all with same mentality works very well.
the 2 central midfielders control the game and help keep possession, the attacking mid helps out and links to the attacking 3. the striker is set to hold the ball up but is not a target man. the wingers are fully attcking with forward runs. most of the forward players have through ball enabled which puts the wingers through on goal.

look at my players to get the perfect type of player.....
i'm playing with man u currently, with them i have over many years assembled the best team possible to play with this tactic it has also been succesful with yeovil town
