Hey,
I have just finished the first season and avoided the sack by having good runs in both cups. We beat the drop on the last day and I need help! In my opinion my team is fairly strong, but young. I feel we should be competing in the top half at least!
Instead last season we could barely win at home, kept getting scores like 4-4, and getting beat 4-5. I couldnt believe either how many goals we had disallowed- about 20 all season

and tbh, despite the majority of them being wonderkids, there never going to well all playing together,

you need experience aswell. what happened to campell, taylor, james, distin etc?

no mate, i didn't use the 'editor'. what do you mean? I sold James, Distin, Campbell, Johnson, etc to free up wage money and put it into transfer funds.

Too many new signings means a team will take a few seasons to gel with each other... especially if they are all young

He just finished his first season. You can get Lulinha in the summer transfer window after the first season. He might've got him then? Might be wrong though.

Yeah, you guys are right, I signed him in like sept 2007, but he didn't arrive until July 2008. Just paid his min fee, and from what i have seen of him in pre-season friendlies looks like a fine player! Played him in midfield with a long arrow running up to join the strikers. Was tempted to make him playmaker, but Taarabt did such a fine job of it last season, 9 assists in the 11 games he played. But have given him free role!
