i need some money i am sunderland these are the playersa i am willing to sell:

Danny Higgingbotham valued 1.1M
Greg Halford Valued 3.4M
Liam Miller valued 2.4M
Dickson Ethu valued 1.5M
What will be the best way to sell them to still get decent money for them as none are wanted at the moment?

try offering them to clubs for £0 with the amount of money you want over 24 months workin well for me so far gettin over the odds for players eg. liam miller for £0 with £3,000,000 over 24 months

Only problem with offering players over 24 months is you don't get half the money until the next season

the trick i use is to offer to clubs for 20k

you'll get a whole host of clubs interested in them, then select reject all offers, wait for all the offers to be rejected, then offer to clubs again but for the value you want, the difference being this time you've got clubs already interested which makes it 20 times more likely for them to bid

this is tried and tested, i've used it on last 2 yrs football manager and it works like a charm

Use this, i sold Micah Richards for 107.25million to chelsea, hehe they are soo stupid, he never played and i signed him back for 16million, and i got 50% of his next transfer

This generally only works with players who are on LOWish wages in my opinion. Also this usually only works with players who have had been getting games recently and have a respectable avg rating.
The only exceptions are those players who are classy enough to attract the attention of the clubs with "unlimitted" resources (big clubs).

Since you are Sunderland none of your players would be desired by such a big club. So keep in mind if you expect they will be benchwarmers -- make up your mind and sell them fast otherwise their value will drop fast.
But Glory's method should work but don't expect to get bids above the player's current value.

Often you can get more money with the 24 month installment technique. So if you don't expect you need to spend the money you have raised as soon as you get it then go with the other method. -- More money to spend next season is always good.
