Half way thru the 3rd season, and I thought he could gain some first team football if I loan him out, should I??

But the problem is that if the team that loaned him from me, their training might ruin his stats and make him can't develop into a star player

Just make sure you loan him to a club that offers him first-team football. As long as he plays regularly, he'll develop fine.

In the third season, he could be starting for you. He's got 5 in 10 for me in the third season.

Oh well I probably wouldn't loan him out as he already had 12 apps with 7 goals

Depends really. I find loaning my youths to spanish clubs really help their stats. I try to loan to those in relegation battles or pushing for continental competitions so as to give them match day experience.
