I have no screenshots at the moment but its Billy Sharp last season he won the european golden boot finishing the season with i think it was 38 goals.

yes he is the best striker imo however the AI international management is crap as usual, in 1st season in Atletio Madrid he was never capped, then i bought him to Benfica, he was the best player and best scorer in champs and in league and AI still didnt called him to national team, only in january of 3rd season he was capped. club and league reputation has to much impact on that, game doesnt care about player ratings, the 1st thing game cares is reputation and then CA and PA, ratings are irrelevant. btw aguero made 8.5 rating in the 1st and 2nd season and 8.0 rating in the 3rd.
