Before people start i have done a search and i couldnt find what i was looking for as most of the post that requested english players were from 2005/2006.
I have started a new season with Arsenal and i have £25m to spend, i want to fill my reserves and Carling cup team with decent young englishmen. I dont want to buy the likes of Richards, Ferdinand (Anton) etc as they wil want to play in the first team, i want to train them.

You've already got quite a few promising Englishmen in your U18 and Reserves at Arsenal, be sure to hold on to Henry Lansbury, Rhys Murphy, Mark Randall and Matthew Connolly. Justin Hoyte can be a good backup as well if you retrain him to a DRLC.

Scouted them and my scout said they would be good signings but might not get them due to thr Liverpool Arsenal rivalry, but will give them a go any way
