i would say loan out barzagli in the first season and sell him in the second since u can cash in on him and buy a centre back like zapata or even kompany as they are both very young and if given the games will become as good as barzagli (zapata also gets the 3 20's just like barzagli)

this solves everything, if a players dislikes some one then a new contract solves it, if a player is worried about lack of discipline then a new contract solves it, if a player is unhappy due to lack of matches then a new contract solves it. money solves it all
