Who has been your best ever loan signing?

I've never loaned anybody yet and I'm about to start my second season. I've signed 19 players since the game began and I have cover for all positions.

In my old game, Justin Hoyte. Needed him desperately as my usual right-back Habib Beye was injured for 4 months and his cover Abdoulaye Faye was busy covering for Nicky Butt and Joey Barton in defensive midfield as they both managed to get injured in the same game.

Turned out to be a gem and I bought him once the loan finished.

ben arfa for real madrid in 08/09 season. he quite of blossom under me and before he return to lyon, i offered him for just 5m! freaking bargain buy!!

Was in FM07. Brandy from ManUtd. He wouldn't stop scoring goals, much to my delight. In FM08 he was s*** though, so I sent him home.
