I am Man u and I sold him to Ipswich for 500k in my 1st season.
Now 7 seasons on he is playing for chelski and is world class. How could this happen,my coaches said I should offload him soon.
Why are they so wrong in judging potential and how come I never get a good youngster in my u18 squad.this game sucks like that, even though I have the best staff around.
Did the Barcelona staff rate Fabregas and Pique really high some years ago? Guess not, that's why they shipped them away for peanuts. Were are they now? In top English sides, world-class or thereabouts.
If anything, this is realistic. Tough it out, as a real manager would do. Or just fire the staff who made the blunder. Just like IRL.
but im saying if there was a good player in your squad the staff should think it as well but they just say 'You should look to offload him in the near future'.They should be able to spot the potential, thats there job..
are you having a laugh there is ten coaches there and not one of them can say yes he has potential keep him.its there ****ing job there world class coaches, its the game whats wrong its so unrealistic

what is a -9 or a -10? I have seen it on the editor, but don't understand what it means.
A lot of player have been bought for next to nothing. Look at the real life prospect of N'Zogbia, bought for less than a mil. Look at the signing of Fabregas.
Man Utd have sold players and regretted it in real life. Every team has. It happens.
