Freefall, yes I know I said it was too easy 6th place just before Xmas with a newly promoted team I just pressed the self destruct button.

Well it was going so well that I though I would try to have some fun with my 6’7” backup goalie. Every time I played him I sent him up for corners. Well after about 10 attempts the guy still hadn’t even got close to heading the ball. 1-0 up at home up he went again. Unfortunately the ball broke to their midfield and a 60 yard shot hit the back of my empty net. The game finished at 1-1 and we lost the next game away, just as success breeds success failure is also contagious and we couldn’t get a result to save our lives. The teams morale went from very good to good, then on to okay, poor, very poor, depressed and then on to suicidal oh no the last two were just me.

Can’t wait to get back to it tonight to see if I can sort it out. If memory serves I am now winless in 10 games and have dropped to 16th place in the league.

There's a modified .exe? Post patch?

Any details I can look up and then question them in the WWSM thread?

It's easy. Start a game in Portugal. If EU-players count as foreign for portuguese clubs the .exe is not appplied to whatever_FM_is_called_in_Yankland.

There is a modified .exe fixing a couple of bugs with the registration of players in Spain and Portugal. You may call it "Jordi-patch"

From reading around, I don't think it is applied to WWSM. You have to fiddle to get it installed for WWSM.

Actually, I've confused this with something else and might be wrong. You need to check your build number with the build number of the modified.exe.

It should be 6.0.1 build 70473 for those LLaMas who don't wander to GQ or to the bugs forums.
