Load up as many as your computer can handle. If you've got one of those wizbang double processor jobs, you can give yourself plenty of options to play in. I have got a fairly dated Pentium4 cum Doorstop, so Ive only been able to load all S.America in my save game, any more and it starts to crawl so my options to play anywhere are fairly limited.
Though I am enjoying my SA jaunt, as I knew little about SA football and it has made my career quite challenging so far.
Goodluck with the Llamaing I find this type of play challenging and sometimes incredibly frustrating, like when half your squad think your crap and go play somewhere else.
