I am trying defuge's challenge from the general queations and I need some expert's help!

I never played at a level that low and I a need a few tips from the masters on goo Lower League tactics. Also when I look to sign players what stats and how much in each should I look for.

I am not saying tell me exactly what tactic just some general ideas on what worked for you and what didn't.

For goodness' sake, look at the Forum Header...it isn't that difficult.
