I am wondering if players not speaking the native language effects morale. I am coaching in England and the majority of my team does not speak English at all--and varies from player to player. Anyone else have an idea or thought on this?

How do the majority of your team not speak English? Could it be that you're not following LLM Guidelines on realism and the SYB and SWYCT Guidelines, but still asking such a question on LLM???

Actually, I was just reading through other LLM threads and found the rule about only scouting your borders or England, which I had no idea about. I am using my scout, and I am coaching Kettering Town... I just didn't know that rule. Does this mean the "Player Search" feature is unacceptable too?

Aye, to use the Player Search function you have to know who you're looking for, or you're using a function that isn't available in real life.

We strive for realism (as realistic as the game allows) and the Guidelines reflect this

When I used player search I don't know who I am looking for (since I don't know who any footballers are practically). I just ticked my "Assistant filter targets" and picked a position I needed. Anyways, sounds like I need to start over. Sorry again.

Not being able to speak the language improves a players morale. My winger thinks I am constantly shouting encouragement to him. I really need to figure out the Spanish for “You fucking twat run with the ball.”

It leads to be unable to settle in area, or homesick doesnt it? so that must have an effect on morale?
