There's probably (there was in the past, anyway) a hidden Adaptability stat for each player. That's the one that determines how easily a player settles in an area. I've not had any problems with players settling for me, so either it's not as important now or my scouts are surprisingly good at their job.
Stan that has nothing to do with sea sickness, what you need to do is be as drunk reading my posts as I was when writing them. About 8 pints should do the trick.
The team I support (Vålerenga) just signed a striker from Georgia (the country, not the US of A-state). He doesn't speak norwegian, and one of the few words he knew in english was:
"Good day. Good match. Good goal."
But (and here comes the on-topic)!
One of our norwegian players explained why it wasn't (yet) a problem. He spoke the international language of football.
Still, they have put him (the georgian) on a english-course, just in case.
