im in charge in Mostoles the spanish second division B1 and i do have a lot of u19 players that are superb
the question is if i do register them in the under18 squad would they still be able to play with my first team
or would i lose them as unregistered players for the league?
Under 18 players don't have to be registered in order to play in the first team. So you can simply move them between the two squads and it won't matter. They're automatically assigned a squad number by the game, whenever they're added to the senior squad.

I should note that, when the game assigns a squad number to an under-18 player who is added to your first team, it uses one of your 22 regular numbers (if you haven't used all of them), or it hands out an additional number that is beyond the normal range.
That's why you'll occasionally see players from other squads with a number like 29 or 56 on the 2D match display.
Also, if you move the player back to the under-18 squad, he doesn't have to be registered for that team. Even if he starts the season in the first team and is moved to the under-18 squad, his registration will be automatic. You don't receive the option to submit new squad numbers, even if you have them available, but it happens automatically.
Registration in the Spanish lower leagues came as a shock to me, when I took over at recently relegated Ejido, many of my players (and fully half my wage bill!) were unregistered, as a result we had only one low quality AMR, but a Martin Jolesque 9 MCs!
