I had a player miss 4 penalties in the same match. And it was while playing at a fairly good level (Italian Serie B), said player was my main penalty taker and had never missed one.

I mentioned my most recent unusual occurrence yesterday - buying a player and then having a team bid silly money for co-ownership the very next day.
Slightly unusual for me is that I actually beat the bottom club last night having trailed 0-1 and 1-2. | |
