A couple of things. Bad spelling may not be a sign of immaturity, but you have to consider that a great percentage of the posters and readers of this forum are foreigners, including yours truly. For that reason it's considered good behavior to check your post for blatant spelling mistakes and text speak before posting.
As for PM7 he's probably still on a lot of LLaMa's blacklist since those articles a couple of years back.

Perhaps both three personalities of mine are weird, but if I were a team chairman, I would prefer a manager that believes that we can make it (even if he means after 50 years) to someone that thinks we are not good enough.
