5-a-side.
We decided to give another fella a run out in goal, so I played down the right side for the first time in a long time. Went off with 10 minutes to go with the score at 3-2.
We lost 12-3

1) I support Birmingham but follow Redditch closely too.
2) Whenever Birmingham are away, I'll go to Redditch. Looking forward to the tonking we're going to get from Stafford this Saturday. Just like my current save actually.
3) Yes - 9 chuffing quid, which I think is a little pricey, but the tea is the best in the country and well worth the 80p.

1. My Local-local team (about 15 minutes walk to the ground) is Hyde Utd. The team I actually support is Stockpot County (about 20 minutes bus journey) who are pretty close to being a lower league team by the LLM definition.
2/3. I was a season ticket holder at Hyde Utd for 3 seasons during the mid 90s, and at County for 4 around the millenium. I continued watching them at the odd home game until I left the country for Australia around a year ago, but I still follow them the best I can: paying afew pounds a month for access to their site.
Supporting a lower league club is a little frustrating while abroad. If anyone finds out where I live, it's usually...
"Oh, where abouts in England?"
"Manchester."
Their eyes light up as they ask with a grin:
"Do you go for United or City?"
"Neither, Stockport County."
"Who?"

1) Dover Athletic, previously in the Conference, but after suffering 3 relegations in 4 seasons, they are now valiantly attempting to stay in the promotion race in Ryman 1.
2) Not these days, as I live in Japan, but used to as a kid.
3) No, but can see the 'highlights' of their exploits each week on the website.

1. Yes. a 5th level club called NK Bezigrad
2. No, since they play friday evenings and I have more important things at that particular time, if you kniow, where I am going with this.
3. I would, if I would go and watch them. However, I do contribute to the development of new web-site (free of charge), if that counts.

1.) Bayern Munich Amateurs and Youth Teams
2.) a couple of times per season.
3.) ticket prices are between 10 and 15 euro.
Best moment ever was to see a really small left back play for the Bayern Amateurs against Unterhaching a couple of years ago, and laughing my ass off about him being scared from a ball falling down from high above, instead of heading it. Stopped laughing though when he became the #1 Left Back choice for the German national team. |

| 1. Chester-Le-Street Town Fc in the Arngrove Northern League (nowhere near the conference north, very lower league)
2. Watch them most weeks, with about 50 other people and a few dogs
3. Yes £4 a game, much cheaper than going to watch a league team!
