Hi chaps,

Long time lurker, first post.

Having read the forum for a couple of months now I was inspired, unsurprisingly, to start an LLM game for the first time. I always enjoyed managing teams from the lower leagues in previous incarnations of the game, but did not apply the rules as scrupulously as those on here.

So Cowdenbeath it is and, again unsurprisingly, we're crap. Never mind, I am perversely enjoying the crapness.

I will post an update after 3 seasons.

Anyway, the tip, if you will allow me to be so bold.

When you are saving your game, don't be tempted to pull your wife's iPod wire out of the computer. If you do, there is a small chance your computer might restart, causing you to lose 3 months of game time, and for all I know, corrupting your save.

You could argue it's whole new take on quit/reload. Never mind cheating and replaying one game, if you're whole season has gone down the toilet just whip out the iPod and start again. :eek:

A few months, on and off.

In that time you get to know the customs of the forum, i.e. mercilessly slaughtering spelling and grammar mistakes. Which I might add I wholeheartedly agree with. :thup:
