Patience

2026-27 Aberdeen

Expectations: Qualify for Europe (board), Challenge for Title (fans)

18 players in (£9.5m)
9 players out (£7.75m)

The season started fantastically - first game I hammered champions Rangers 5-1 at Ibrox, and won six out of my first seven. Things slipped after that, andafter xmas I was still in 4 ompetitions and injuries and suspensions meant I dropped to 3rd. However, a late run got me right back into contention and I was a point behind Rangers going into the final game - at home to Rangers. I was 3-0 at HT and won 3-1  Champions!

Final pos, 1st p38 22-9-7 pts 75

2 pts ahead of Rangers, 4pts ahead of Celtic.

Hamilton were relegated, Airdrie Utd were promoted.

League Cup: Won  beat Gretna 3-0 in the final

Scottish Cup: R4, lost 2-1(a) to SPL Inverness CT

Champions League:

Finished top of a tough group including Roma, CSKA Moscow and Steaua mainly due to a 1-0 win in Rome. Knocked out Maccabi Haifa in the 1st knockout round, but lost 4-3 on agg to English champions Arsenal in the QF.

TNS came 2nd after finishing level with Connahs Quay on points and GD, missing out on goals scored

Sheff Wed finished 19th in the EPL and were relegated.

Wales

I resigned after the 2026 World Cup after 14 years in the job :o

Record:

EC 2016 Did not qualify
WC 2018 Quarter Finals
EC 2020 Did not qualify
WC 2022 2nd Round
EC 2024 Group stage
WC 2026 Group Stage

I applied for the Scotland job. And got it

Scotland

Decent squad, better than Wales anyeay

Drawn with Ireland, N Ireland ( ), Holland and Armenia for the EC 2028 qualifiers.

After 5 games its tight, I'm top on 10pts, Ireland have 8, N Ireland 7 and Holland 6.

This guy was one of the main reasons for my title win... although injuries meant he only played half the league games...

One

Two

Four

Three

And check out his form at the end of the season:

Five

Unfortunately he now wants to leave and his contract is up at the end of next season

Rangers have bied £8.5m so I might have to accept. :/

HAHAH...I've never seen a 1 in CM/FM/WSM ever! I don't think I'd have played him if he was my last striker after that form!

Yeah okay, I had a few to drink last night, and I misread goals for match rating. Oops!

Your going to sell a player who's capable of 30/40 goals a season V scottish opponents....to your bitter rivals?

How many years had the old firm held the title reigns of scotland?? till you won it of course.
