We had about 15,000 at the ground last week burgers were still the best in the country unfortunately it took 6 hours of queing to get your burger so everyone missed the game . Where is the <Hire Help for Burger Guy> Button?

At least now I know that the crowd don’t come for the football it’s all about the burgers. Oh and Lukewarm I am a bit confused. Premiership grounds are ment to be 100% all seater aren’t they? Well we had our expansion and (This is from memory so forgive me if I’m wrong) but the ground capacity is 22,000 with something like 18,000 seats. Lack of realism here but you’ll forgive me if I don’t bin the game. |

From the linked article ….”Clubs promoted to the Championship for the first time have three years to convert their ground to all-seated.”
Well I got promoted to the Championship at the end of the 11/12 season.. I have now just finished up the 14/15 season… I do hope I am not arrested for reckless endangerment.
Has anyone else been in the Championship for three years and have the same problem?

I see what you mean about the realism, nevermind! Should be reported maybe in bugs.
Anhyway, good newsd on your first top flight season

Well my best striker missed the entire season with his Cruciate Ligament injury, we missed him big time. Of course the big oaf wants to move to a bigger club so even after he recovers I’m sure all I can do with him is show him the door. The whole season came down to the very last match. We were in 18th position level on points with Villa and The Hammers, but behind the pair on goal difference. Even with a win we could have been relegated but I was thinking that a draw just might see us through. Alas we had the mighty Liverpool at our place for the last game. Well Liverpool dominated the first half and went in one nil up. In the second half Liverpool kept on pouring forward but on the hour mark we caught them on the break and slotted home. Straight to the Live table, and if things stayed as they were, Villa would go down as they were losing. 2-1. Thankfully, there were no more goals in either match and somehow we had survived. A very narrow escape and certainly the team needed some strengthening if were going to avoid another Houdini trick.
Of course strengthening the team is a very easy task. You simply buy players that are better than your current players, hardly rocket science. Now the scouts did find some very strong players however none of the b@stards wanted to live and work in Basingstoke. Tactically I think the team needs a reshuffle we have been conceding far to many goals in the premiership, so I will be trying a few tweaks in the pre season friendlies and hope the league campaign gets off to a decent start.
