For staff I initially put out an ad in the job centre. If this returns a load of foreigners totally unlikely to work for me (and it does most of the time) I offer contracts to unemployed coaches who have the same or lower reputation of my club.

1. Your AssMan is crap
2. Most of your squad are crap.
3. If you're lucky you'll have a crap scout.
4. Your AssMan is crap
5. If Kostis has been at the side before you, your physio is crap [/in joke]

Both Physios i started with had physio as a single figure, have since brought in one that just barely scrapes double figures.
Right at the start i offered my entire backroom (back of broom cupboard?)staff new contracts for as close to their existing wages as possible but only 1 year so hopefully i can offload them all en masse at the end of season without huge amounts of compensation.
