I can see how the guideline could be seen as rules. We are protective of the LLM style of play. Many people have come along and tried to change the way things are, some points have been valid but the majority have been complete pap.

Most people have questioned the guidelines on first visits to this forum but over time the guidelines have proven to be worthy and therefore pretty much set in stone.

As do I. But I can also see the ways others play, including my own "invention" as a way of playing LLM (with a few changes mind you :-) )

Well its always nice to play to the rules, and therefore have the opportunity to bring your midfielders best mate to your team as they are in contact with each other.
