I normally set team goals and try to meet them before I'll jump ship.In present save 1st 2 teams sacked me, sat out a bit then got a job at Tigre, stuck with them for 12 seasons(2/year).I had built Tigre into a decent team, got the reputation up so they could keep some of their better players and got them finishing in top half of league for several seasons. I only left after I thought they were a strong side.

New team Instituto, Ive got them back in premier league playing ok.Ive had several job offers and refused them because I have not met my team goals yet.Had some real decent offers too like Nacional(URU) Sporting(CHI)

I generally don't start any game with a specific plan, I like to play it by ear. This normally means not applying for jobs but if one is offered I can't turn down then I'll happily say goodbye to my old team.

My plan was to stick with a club as long as possible but since I got Lancaster relegated in my first season in conf north that soon went out of the window!!
Since then 5 years at Frickley and going nowhere. If I ever get a job offer at all you can almost guarantee I'll take it.

I haven't had to cross that hurdle yet. I have taken Carlisle from League 2 to top half Championship in 4 Seasons. In this time I haven't had one job offer, I haven't applied for any but expected some interest. I suppose I would like to get the team in the premiership before leaving. Do you have to apply before teams ask you?

I never apply anywhere unless I'm unemployed. Sometimes I do say I'm intrested to take another job but that just ****es off my board

I tend to stay fairly loyal (reflecting my real life career!) until relegation or underperformance gets me unfairly sacked.

In my current save the board have been equally as loyal (even with periods of stagnation) and my position has never come under any significant pressure.

I am the only one that starts with furthering my career in mind? well, here is my philosophy, if lets say A team offered me a contract and asked me a promotion to the Confrence National, I would do it unless B team in the Confrence National wants me. I would reject both of them if a League two team came knocking but I would never go to another team in the same league. for example, I would not jump ship from Sutton Utd to Leigh RMI, because they have the same status and are in the same conference.

So you'd never go from Wigan to ManU?

As my current loyalty stat after 4 years say - 20 out of 20.

I would not leave my club just because someone gives me more money.I will try and go as high as
I can with Kjelsas.BUt I would fancy a move in England to manage my favorite English team - Manchester United.
