Once you reach the big time of international management it's probably ok to approach someone who's played a few games under you for their country. Whether they'll sign for you though

For Billericay? Good for you. I'm in charge of the Swedish U21s and a top flight Swedish Allsverskan and they laugh at me when I approach them. Cnuts

I recently left my beloved Hyde for Preston, and needed a right back, the new Hyde manager, "Goldenballs", had put one of the Hyde right backs on the transfer list. I scouted him and my scouts told me that he had no future in football.
He is 24, I brought him to Hyde as an 18 year old and he has played his way up the divisions into the Premiership, I turned down offers over £1M on the way and now he has no future in football!
I bought him cheaply, and he was quite happy to sign on as a Backup player, so much the better.

You've managed those blokes and you know what they are capable of (always speaking of single save knowledge). If you think they're worth the dosh I can't see what's wrong in that.

Actually, I'm planning a small raid on Auxerre now that I've left them. Heck, I even delayed my move til end of the season to sign some replacements for Auxerre to not leave them barebone after my raid
