I have a player who went from being a Realist to being Unsporting. I didnt know players can change personalities. What has caused him to become Unsporting and is it worth keeping him in the squad anymore? He is one of my top strikers.

I dont get it. How can one go from Realist to Unsporting? I thought Realist meant he was mature. Obviously not!
