Well in my 3rd season (2nd season in prem with Southampton)and Liverpool have sacked their 2nd manager this current season and its only March There has been alot of managers coming and going in prem that its hard to keep up with lol.

Also recently won the League Cup and Southampton board are delighted, i got linked with the Birmingham job and told the media i wasnt interested and my board said they are delighted i am commited to them, then 2 weeks later there are media reports that Southampton are considering whether or not to renew my contract even tho i have surpassed their 5 year plan

Also ive been linked with Real Madrid and Chelsea, and i notice Newcastle (in championship) are managerless, but i didnt get the job, altho i am a popular continental manager

Still love the game tho

i understand it happens alot irl, but more mainly with the top clubs...like Alex Ferguson not getting his contract renewed, whereas he is like a god there irl

I was disappointed being linked with Real Madrid and Chelsea but couldnt get a championship side (im a toon fan irl) so annoyed my slightly haha.

But as someone mention, there is alot more job oppotunities going tho

FM cannot exactly replicate real life but I do find it scary some times when it does e.g. results!

Yeah have found a few sackings OTT. I'm everton manager and in my first season there were 3 liverpool managers, and fergie went at the end of the season is that realistic - he was replaced by aidy boothroyd, whose an ok manager but not for a top club just yet, but he did get watford back up

I'm now in my 6th Season and have just been offered Arsenal job having won the League cup first season with Villa, Euro Cup second season with Villa. Got sacked after that took the season off, got offered the Everton job, didnt win anything but did well in europe and did what was asked from me on shoe string budget for 2 years then got the new job.

At least it shows your manager rep does affect the game!
