I did a search and was unable to find anything.

When playing in the spanish leagues- are you not allowed to control the reserve sides for certain clubs? For example with Sevilla, and I cannot control Sevilla Atletico.

Will the same hold true with Real Madrid B/Castilla?

It's because they play in the main league system - the same is true I assume in any nation for a club whose reserve team play in a lower league
