I heard that the nationality of the youngsters that go through your youth ranks is determined by your knowledge of those countries, but playing over 10 seasons with Wimbledon in FM 07 I got one Croatian (my nationality) youngster and one from Congo (!!!). I have no idea how he got to Wimbledon... But in FM 08 I finished the season with Man Utd and despite having staff from Norway, Holland, etc., Feeder clubs from Brazil, Australia, Mexico, etc. I only got a bunch of Englishmen and a few Scotts... How does the game determine this?
