I don't know if anyone will read this anytime soon but I was wondering about how to re-apply for a work permit. I bought Josy (Josmer) Altidore as Manchester United and probably because it was the last day of the transfer period I was unable to appeal for a work permit, which probably would've resulted in me getting one for him since it's 2009 and he has 11 senior caps (with 7 goals) now and is only 19. So right now I have him languishing on my bench. I could send him to a feeder but I'd like to apply for a work permit again to allow him to play for me or be loaned out to a better team than my feeders.
I'm playing FM 2007 btw and already posted this elsewhere but decided it might get lost in the shuffle.
