I have noticed over the last 3 season that towards the end of the season i get media clips stating some of the large clubs will not be renewing the contract of the present manager and that the favorite to take over is me, however every season they appoint someone else. what do i need to to to get one of these jobs, i don't see a express interest button like there used to be. Is it to do with reputation? or do they just not like me!! i feel so unloved!!
oh and i need a backup left winger for about £7mill, i'm in season 12/13, any suggestions
