Is it possibly to take someone who is natural in one position, let's say ST, and accomplished in another, say AMR, and make him natural in AMR and maybe less comfortable in the other position by training him in AMR and playing him there? If not it would be a good idea. Take William Gallas. In his younger, fitter days, he was a LB. But now that he is getting on a bit, he is CB.

You can't train a player to be natural in another position because natural means natural. Is accomplished the highest rating you can get? If so, thats pretty muuch the same I think. You won't see much difference from natural to accomplished.

I remember reading a post from SI once saying it is possible to get natural but extremely rare, however the difference is so minimal its really not worth worrying about

Yeah but in integer terms, what is the difference between natural and accomplished? Because, let's be brutal, it doesn't take long to get someone up to accomplished level.

You would expect natural to exceed that comfortably..

I think I just did it, A. Song has gone from accomplished to natural in the DM role.
