are his stadiums just for pc, if not and someone has got them on their game on mac can you tell me how to put it on plz because i've downloaded it and it's just shown as a blank peice of paper and i don't know how to unzip it or open it as... cheers

Try unzipping it with winrar don't know it i will work as I don't have mac worth a try though

Extract the package and move the extracted folder to Applications/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007/Data/Graphics/Backgrounds/ (or wherever you installed your FM). The next time you start FM go to preferences -> display and uncheck "Use Skin Cache" and check "Always Reload Skin On Confirm". Once you're done with this, revert back to your original settings and the backgrounds will be there. Hope this helps you.
