A while back I had downloaded a sink which had a really cool feature whereby player attributes had a different shading depending on their value.
< 10 - white
> 10 < 15 - Amber
> 15 - Red
The trouble is, I don't remember the name of the skin or where I got it from. Any of you guys know what I'm talking about?! Better still, is there a configuration file I have to modify to get the game to show the player attributes in a different shading depending on their value?
It's not a skin. Like you said, it's just a configuration file, a modded .xml, there is a utility that lets you choose your own colors and creates the xml for you, but that was for FM2006.
