i say this because i downloaded the black aura skin into both the my documents skin folder and football manager one and dont work.

Here's a solution:

Find skins/black_aura/black_aura.xml and open it.

Change line 28 to:
<pre class="ip-ubbcode-code-pre"><string id="required_version" value="7.0.0" /></pre>

This should make it appear in the drop down menu.
