hey,
i just downloaded the backgrounds pack, but im finding it very difficult to read the text with flexion skin now because of the backgrounds.
what skin do you suggest is best when using backgrounds, in terms of being able to read the text and see player attributes.

still found it quite hard cus mercury skin font is pretty thin.
but hopefully il get used to it

I'm just searching, too.
The standard flexion skin is good, because you can add any kind of backgrounds, kits, logos etc.
But the only thing we have to change is: The colour of the screen must be a bit darker. The effect would be, that the background-pictures will be darker than the text in front.
Anybody there how can change it? I think, it must be a xml-file.

problem solved.
jus found the black aura skin
this is perfect to see the text because the background is naturally dark.

I don't like this skin. It's probably better for the eyes, but when I play FM I really like to see the details of stadium backgrounds. That's why I preffer Mercury Skin, who I think is the better skin available for Football Manager.

Hm, my problem still isn't solved. The mercury skin is just too light (contrast background to font).
The aura skin can't display some club backgrounds in the title-bar.

yeh i know aura dusnt work with title bars.
but i dont care, skins great.
