Not yet! I know this has been asked many times before, so soon someone will maybe make it possible. The best you can do is change a players contract to end early.
You can change a player with offical pre-game editor but not a save game editor.

you can use FMM2.11 which is a real-time modifier but I am not sure if you can transfer players with it Link | |

you cant, i dont think, but you can change your finances so you can buy any player  | |

i want buy any player, i want to transfer players like Ronaldo, Oddo to Milan or Gago and Higuain to real madrid in my game
