Hello

Is there ANY way to edit the number of subs named in a league.
Specifically I want to change the Irish leagues from 3 subs named, to 7. (so I can create a mod league)
I understand this cannot be done with the editor, but is there line in any file in the game (data files, or even the .exe) I can edit to change this?

Is it illegal to edit the .exe?? and if yes, why exactly?

(I'm asking because I have a...friend...of mine who...thinks...he...knows how to change the foreign/non-EU restrictions)(wink wink)

You can work round the foreign/non-Eu restrictions, but its nothing to do with the hardcoding. It just requires a bit of work in the editor.

How exactly can you do it? I don't see any that feature on the editor

I did a post about this a while ago. Heres what I wrote. And the link to the thread.

Go into editor - load db - select nations - in the search box just click enter - a list of all the nations should appear - double click on a country - then select "information" and then tick the EEC Nation box. Dont forget to save!

I respect SI and their work (however my...friend says: 6A 00, 6A FF, 6A #amount, 6A #restriction type)(if SI can tell...my friend where the hell the starting date is coded he would be very happy)

Never said it was impossible! I was just offering an easier way of doing it, without peeing about with codes and maybe making the game unstable
