I've never used the editor before and want to change the Beckham & Mascherano problems on the new patch. Could anyone give me a idea on how to do this?

Quick guide on how to change Beckhams future transfer.

- Start the editor.
- Click File -> Load Database
- Select the "7.0.2 Update" database, the editor will load the database after this.
- In the search field type in "David Beckham" and press enter.
- Double click on David Beckham.
- Select "Contract" in the Sections to the left.
- Select the "Future Transfer" tab.
- Click the magnifying glass next to Galaxy.
- Type "Los Angeles Galaxy" in the search field and press enter.
- Double click "Los Angeles".
- You have no made the change, so you can save the database.
- Click File -> Save Database.
- Type in a name for your database, plus any other information you want to add, and click enter.
- The editor will now save your new database.
- Exit the editor, it will ask you to save the changes again, but just click no as you have already saved the database.
- Start a new game in FM, you should be able to select your database from the database selection dialog.

Hope these steps will help you, and that you will be able to figure out the Mascherano fix by yourself.

Sorry to be incredibly thick but where is the editor? What programme do I open this in?

The editor comes with the game. Click "start" - click "all programes" - click "sports interactive". Should be in there.
