I've had a search and not found anything definate on this but...

I'm look at staff using Genie and I noticed tha they have CA and PA. If theire PA is high and their CA low, does that mean their stats can progress like a player's can?
For example if they have 5 for motivating but high PA, can that 5 increase over the years?

Also will this effect the training stars?

I know, a bit of a daft question really, but like I said I can't find a definate answer.

Staffs do have a CA and PA and the CA can change and staff can improve like players can, though I'm not exactly sure how as a manager you can 'train staff'

I suppose it would be a case of employing them, giving them training to supervise. u18's, reserves to control and so on. Its the only way I can think to do it.

Guess training facillities would have some bearing but then that seems a little unfair.

Sraff seem to improve quickly when they are hired...dont know about when they are unemployed...maybe their ability goes down and then once they are hired again it climbs up to the PA again.
