I have just started my first season as Arsenal and have only played 4 games so far and I am unbeaten. My players seem to be struggling to get 7's apart from the forwards and occasionally the wingers. I play with a 4-4-2 using WWFAn rule of two in regards to mentality. I have short farrows for the FB and AML/R. I have a short farrow for Gilberto going diagonally back to the DM position.
My whole defence are on defensive mentalities which match the Gilberto's as well however I have all of them including Gilberto on direct passing. FB's forward runs are mixed and crossing was set from deep.
Gilberot is on forward runs often/mixed
Midfield wise Cesc is my playmaker short passing, through balls, longshots and forward runs often. I have set his creative freedom one notch from much
Hleb is set to dribble often, crossing mixed long shots rare and through balls often along with forward runs often.
Rosicky is mixed for dribbling, crossing mixed, through balls often and long shots
Both have identical mentalities and creative freedom which are on par with Cesc or 2 points more then Cesc's
RVP has a mentality 2 or so lower than Henry and creative fredom is high level with Henry, he is also on through balls often, long shots and forward runs often like Henry.
Team wise my creative freedom is normal mentality Attacking, passing is short by a few notches from mixed.
Width 3 notches away form Normal towards narrow, time wasting little focus on the wings.
What I am looking for is a Home for mation which get the FB's overlapping, gets the wingers using both the wing and cutting inside to cause havoc there plus some goals.
A formation that will allow Cesc to assert his influence more on the game with trough balls and switching the play and the chance of him getting his name on the scoresheet as well.
Any thought including those of the mighty WWFAN, Sir Bobby and Asmodeus(I know I've spelt it wrong) will be appriciated
